Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $99 US Dollars. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) at the First Class Rate, in the United States (US) and Internationally. Tracking information is sent to the listed email when your package is shipped. You can also refer to the USPS website for shipping times and tracking information to your location. Please Note: There is a $1.00 USD low order fee for orders under $5.00 USD.

No Paypal Account Needed International Customers, please be aware we accept USD (United States Dollars.) only and our website is set to only accept this currency. Western Union Wire Transfers, Canadian Postal Money Orders, and Checks originating in USA Banks. Order is held pending receipt of check or money order. Jerry Does NOT accept Check written on banks outside of the United States. Please Note: There is a $1.00 USD low order fee for orders under $5.00 USD.

Viewing Orders
You can view a recent order by logging into your account and using the "My Orders" link on the left side of the page. You can also access your orders using the Orders and Returns form, entering in your Order ID, Billing Last Name, then you can use the drop down to select by email address or zipcode that you placed the order with, then type in your email address or zipcode. Click continue and it will prompt you to login. Once you are logged in you use the "My Orders" link on the left side.

Updating Account Information
If you have an account with us, please log in using your email address and password. If you forget your password, please use the "forgot your password" link in order to retrieve your password. The system will send an email to the email address you used to set up your account. If you do not have an account with us yet, please create one, but click on "create an account" link found on the log in page. Complete the necessary fields and create a password you can remember. Click submit and you are done! You can change your address, e-mail, and password at your account dashboard by clicking the Edit button.
